Schwarzenegger said that he was uncomfortable talking about death and voiced doubt about paradise, calling it a “fantasy.””We won’t see each other again after we’re gone,” he said, underscoring the ultimate nature of death. Even though he was raised Catholic, the actor’s viewpoint has changed.

In his own words, Schwarzenegger described paradise as a mental place where he keeps the memories of loved ones who had a beneficial influence.

Thinking back to his Catholic upbringing, he has earlier called on public servants to live by the ideal of having a “servant’s heart.” He underlined the necessity for public officials committed to goals greater than self-interest or political party affiliation.
