Gorgeous Father-Daughter Dancing Sequence

Sidney Kimble West and Sam West: A Father-Daughter Dance to Remember

Dancing with family can feel like a dream, bringing everyone closer through things they love. That’s exactly what happened for Sidney Kimble West and her dad, Sam West, when they performed together at the 2020 National SHAG Dance Championships. Sam, who is a bit of a secret star in the dance scene, teamed up with his daughter for an amazing dance to Ben E. King’s song “Stand By Me.”

When the music kicked off, the couple’s serious faces quickly turned into big smiles. They danced together smoothly, their feet moving perfectly to the beat of the classic tune. It wasn’t just about showing off their skills; it was also a way to celebrate how much their family loves to dance.

Sam West started dancing when he was just nine years old, and his mom was the one who inspired him to give it a try. He fell in love with dance really fast and even won two junior national championships with his dance partner, Terri Alberty, while he was still in school.
