In the video, an elephant is seen walking slowly, holding a baby elephant in its trunk. The heartbroken elephant gently puts the lifeless calf down on the ground across the road. Before long, other elephants come and gather around, creating a sorrowful circle around the little one that has passed away.

Parveen Kaswan shared a video showing how the elephant family stays right by the baby elephant. It looks really sad, almost like a “funeral procession.” They seem to be grieving, but after a while, they start to move forward. Even so, they keep the dead calf with them, which shows just how much they love and miss it.
