However, at the age of 44, she successfully became pregnant for the third time and eventually welcomed twin boys, John and Kristopher, into the world. Due to pre-eclampsia, the boys had to be delivered via emergency C-section six weeks earlier than expected.

The twins faced immediate challenges due to the high risks involved in the pregnancy and delivery. Seymour and the twins narrowly escaped a disastrous outcome. In an interview with Loose Women, she disclosed, “I almost lost my life giving birth to them, and the babies almost didn’t make it.”

Seymour has never looked back on his decision to take that risk, affirming: “I’m extremely grateful I made that choice.” The twins, born prematurely, needed careful monitoring during their infancy. Seymour stated that both boys had health issues; Johnny even turned blue twice after returning from the hospital. The reason they went back to the hospital was because of this, where their breathing, swallowing, and sucking were monitored. Seymour clearly cared deeply about the health of her twins.

She chose options that allowed her to maximize time with her children, often taking them along during her filming sessions.
